SPEF will provide two grant application periods for small and large grant proposals during the 2026-2027 school year. Applications may be submitted before 5:00 p.m. on the date of the deadline.
Grant Cycle Fall 2026
- Opens: Wednesday, September 1, 2026
- Closes: Wednesday, September 30, 2026
Grant Cycle Spring 2027
- Opens: Monday, January 4, 2027
- Closes: Friday, January 22, 2027
2026-2027 applications will be submitted via Google Forms. You must be logged in with a SPS district email to apply. SPEF only accepts grant proposals benefiting Stillwater Public Schools. If the grant writer is not employed by SPS, the grant must be submitted collaboratively with a district teacher, principal, or administrator co-authoring & submitting the proposal.
Small Grant Application-up to $750
Large Grant Application-from $751-$4,000
