SPEF takes grant applications during specified dates throughout each school year. Applications are only accepted from Stillwater Public Schools employees. If an outside individual or group is interested in submitting an application, it must be a collaborative project benefiting our district’s students and co-authored & submitted by a SPS teacher, principal, or administrator. There will be two application periods during the 2026-2027 school year.
Both large and small grants will be accepted during each application period. The application window has been shortened this school year to allow more time for grant resources to be used in the classroom during each semester.
Small Grants – up to $750 Large Grants – from $751-$4,000
Fall 2026 Grant Cycle:
- Opens: Wednesday, September 1, 2026
- Closes Wednesday, September 30, 2026
Spring 2027 Grant Cycle:
- Opens: Monday, January 4, 2027
- Closes Friday, January 22, 2027
