SPEF will provide two grant application periods during the 2024-25 school year. Applications may be submitted before 5:00 p.m. on any of the following dates:
- Grant Cycle # 1 – Friday, October 25, 2024 (small and large grant proposals)
- Grant Cycle # 2 – Tuesday, February 18, 2025 (small and large grant proposals)
2024-25 applications will be submitted via Google Forms. You must be logged in with a SPS district email to apply. SPEF only accepts grant proposals benefiting Stillwater Public Schools. If the grant writer is not employed by SPS, the grant must be submitted collaboratively with a district teacher, principal, or administrator co-authoring & submitting the proposal.
