SPEF takes grant applications during specified dates throughout each school year. Applications are only accepted from Stillwater Public Schools employees. If an outside individual or group is interested in submitting an application, it must be a collaborative project benefiting our district’s students and co-authored & submitted by a SPS teacher, principal or administrator. There will be two application periods during the 2024-25 school year.
Both large and small grants will be accepted during each application period.
Small Grants – up to $750 Large Grants – from $751-$4,000
Fall ’24 Grant Cycle:
- Opens: Tuesday, September 3, 2024
- Closes Friday, October 25, 2024
Spring ’25 Grant Cycle:
- Opens: Tuesday, January 7, 2025
- Closes Tuesday, February 18, 2025
