Scholarships for Stillwater Public School Students Available through SPEF
All scholarships facilitated through SPEF are for the benefit of graduating Stillwater Public School seniors pursuing higher education. Scholarships are awarded through SPEF’s Allocations committee per our bylaws.
Scholarship funds are held and managed by Communities Foundation of Oklahoma in accordance with SPEF’s Financial Policies.

Rusty Atkins Memorial Track Scholarship
Aaron K. Sterns Memorial Scholarship
The Rusty Atkins Track and Cross Country Scholarship will be awarded annually to a Stillwater High School track and/or cross country graduate. Scholarship selection will be based primarily on leadership, character, service and Pioneer Pride. While scholarship recipients do not have to continue their track/XC career in college, consideration will be given to student-athletes who do.
Nominations will be sought from SHS track and cross country coaches. Selection will recommended to SPEF by the Rusty Atkins Scholarship Committee.

Larry Allred was a lover of golf and this scholarship was lovingly established by his family to support Stillwater Pioneer golfers in their pursuit of higher education. This scholarship honors Larry and seeks to support the educational pursuits of outstanding student-athletes in the sport of golf.
